Dr. Donna Rogers, DTh

Dr. Rogers vision for Peak Academy is to empower student to reach their highest potential in learning, leadership, and life by cultivating curiosity, resilience, and a passion for excellence.

As the Founder and CEO, Dr. Rogers brings 30 years of dedicated community service and leadership.  As a visionary educator and faith-based leader, she is committed to academic excellence, character development, and creating opportunities for underserved youth through quality education and holistic community engagement.

Quinn Muex

Quinn has over 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience.  She oversees the daily operations, staff supervision, and program development.  She operates in strategic planning, compliance, and community engagement, creating a supportive educational environment that promotes academic excellence and student success.

AJ Rudd,  

AJ is a passionate and dedicated to academic excellences and student success.  He has over 10 years of experience in education with a strong background in instructional leadership and community engagement.  AJ fosters a positive school culture and ensures a safe inclusive environment where every student is inspired to reach their full potential.

Monica has over 10 years of experience in health, wellness and community & families.  She's committed to improving lives through health education, outreach and holistic care.  With a strong background in wellness programming and community partnerships, she strives to empower individuals and families to thrive by promoting healthy lifestyles, mental well-being, and active community involvement.

Lovie is compassionate and devoted to helping students overcome barriers to success.  With expertise in academic guidance, behavioural support and family engagement, she brings over 8 years of creativity generating a nurturing environment that fosters growth, resilience, and achievement for every student through personalized support and strong school-community collaboration.
